1RL Coronation!
We were visited by Tina and her son Aaron to talk about hearing dogs for the deaf. We met Aaron, who is profoundly deaf, and Ellie, a very special hearing dog. Ellie is an assistant dog. The assembly was extremely inspiring.
We loved the Bunny Run! A huge thanks to Friends of Pendle for organising it.

Thank you to Mrs Johnson for coming into teach us all about her job at the Deaf Village. She taught us some different signs, and the importance of signing for people who can’t hear.

Our first couple of days in 1RL. What a wonderful first couple of days we have had. We have been busy exploring our new classroom and making new friends. I am so proud of how kind and sensible the children have been and I know you will be very proud too!
