Maths 

Today as a Maths starter visit https://www.topmarks.co.uk/maths-games/daily10 Then choose Level 3, Multiplication, Mixed Tables 2,5,10 and set the time to 7 seconds. Your child will need to write the question numbers 1 - 10 before they start. We will then be looking at partitioning numbers in different ways, for example 23 = 20 + 3 and 23 = 10 + 13 etc The sheet to complete can be found in the resource folder.

English

Today as a starter to recap prior learning look at the question words, who, what, where, when, why and how. Can the children think of 6 questions they would like to ask the Brown family in the novel 'A Bear Called Paddington'? We are then going to be making a Paddington mask using the template in the resource folder and taking part in role play. We will take it in turns to be Paddington and another character who asks Paddington questions. This character might be a member or the Brown family or it could be Aunt Lucy.
