Black History

We enjoyed hearing all about the life of Rosa Parks. We thought about what she stood up for before re-enacting the bus journey where she refused to give up her seat.
 

We also thought about fair and unfair. Miss DeRosa showed scenarios such as ‘only girls are given raffle tickets’. We used voting sticks with green and red before explaining why we thought it was just or not.
