Autumn 2

This half term we are learning about Islam. We are considering what makes a good leader. We have enjoyed reading a variety of Islamic stories that show how the Prophet Muhammad taught people about Allah’s word. 

As part of our RE focus- Who should we follow? Within in our Islam unit, we have created a ‘Tree of Guidance.’ After discussing what is meant by guidance as a group, the children wrote good guidance and bad guidance. As a class we discussed which we felt was good guidance and placed it on the tree. We screwed the bad guidance leaves up and placed them on the ground below.
