We have been learning about Quentin Blake. We studied some of his illustrations and replicated his style.
The children have been exploring the shade of a range of different media. They used pastels, wax crayons and pencil crayons.
The children have been exploring how different pencils creat light and dark lines. We found that the the H on the pencil means hard and the B means black.
